As you know WhatsApp Group calls are not available at this time, and you cant make a video call with more than two people. So, just wait for a few days more, and then you can make a video call with many people at the same time.

This feature also works as a group video call, but this allows you to voice only. You can also make a group voice call with more than two people at the same time. WhatsApp Group Voice Call feature will come in the next update for WhatsApp.
