What are Sponsored Top Level Domains?
Sponsored Top Level Domains (sTLD) are special Top-Level Domains (TLD) that has a sponsor representing a community. Whereas an unsponsored TLD like ‘.COM’ operates under policies established by the global Internet community through the ICANN process.
