1. Turn Video Into Boomerang on iOS Device

Step1: Firstly you need to download and install the GIF Maker application.

Step2: Now launch the app. Allow the app to access phone’s Photos, Camera, and Microphone.

Step3: Next, select the Video to GIF option from the list.

Step4: Select the video from the Camera Roll that you wish to convert into Boomerang and tap on it.

Step5: Once the video gets uploaded, use the timeline slider to select the part of the video which you want to turn into a Boomerang. When you are done with the selection, just tap on Choose.
